Hello! Let me start off by saying I love working with people. Its always been my gift. I have became close with clients I have taken care of and still do take care of. I love seeing them smile. Growing up I use to go visit my Nanna at the nursing home an seeing how so many didn't have visitors I decided to talk to the owner to see if we could do a craft an music day to get everyone involved. One neighbor had a stroke that left her paralyzed on her left side. She then ended up with Metastatic Cancer. I assisted her with treatments, appointments, errands, showering, meals l, medications and her Hospice Care at the end of her life. My other elderly neighbor had lung cancer and decided against treatment. I was with her every step of the way. Appointments, Grocery Shopping,, Companionship, Cleaning and Cooking. When I say that my best friend was 74 years old when she passed away, I mean it. Friendship has no age barrier.
