My mom had Alzheimer's for 12!years and I helped take care of her so she could remain at home. After she passed away I thought it would be helpful to assist others in their homes. So later in the years I decided to pursue with being a caregiver. Then afterwards I received my CNA license to help with my skills more. Been in the health care field approximately 10years.

I became a caregiver to help others in need. I like knowing that I made the difference in someone life. My personal achievement that I am proud of is deciding to return to school for nursing. I have the gift of patience for my clients.

I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant for 17 years, with an associate degree of Arts. I am also on the waiting lists to pursue my career as a Registered Nurse. I love my being a CNA, and I take pride in being an awesome caregiver. I enjoy taking care of my patients by showing them what a good caregiver is all about. It is important to me to treat people with compassion and making them feel comfortable. With my 17 years' experience; I have worked with many types of patients with many different types of needs. I have assisted clients with everything from companionship needs to total care. My loving character has shown with employers, clients, and their families. I have received many "employee of the month" awards for my professionalism, always maintaining a good attitude, my reliability, and most importantly the ability to care for my clients with compassion and a loving personality

I am looking foward to become a caregiver because I enjoy giving and helping those in need. Also I am seeking a CNA job with great hours. There are many goals I am proud of, but saving three souls through my decatation through American Red Cross has really made me proud of myself. On the other hand, I have completed three years of volunteer work through SRMC hospital in lumberton which was an accomplish and I have nine months of CNA experience. I am persuading my education at an community college towards my paramedic degree. My goal in life is to basically help those who need help.

I have over 25 +: years of experience working in nursing home, rest home, alzheimers unit, in home care, live in was certified for 25 years. Last client I worked in home 4 years until she passed away in December. Wasn't able to get recertification as I had only worked with her ac it was private pay

I enjoy being around elderly people i have compassion for them. I love hearing about their life stories. My personal achievement is making sure they are well taking care of. Hi my name is Roslyn Gavin. I have been a caregiver for over 15 years. Being a caregiver has been a very rewarding gift to me. I started helping a family member and has enjoyed everyday since. Im well trained, been a cna and phlebotomy for over 15 years.

Helping others achieved their ADLS . I enjoyed meeting new people and knowingly that they have enjoyed meeting me too. I became what I am today, when I realize that my grandma needed me. To take care of her ,but by the time I was certified. My grandma passed at her 100 birthday. But I still remain as assistance and enjoyed helping others as I would if it was still her. But not to mention that must of my patients seem to feel as family as the days goes by.

I love what I do because, I have been doing it for thirty years an I couldn't see myself doing anything else. I love being a caregiver, for serval reasons takeing care of patients, helping them in the time and need treating them as if their my own family. Touching lives an saving lives is my passion I live for.
