I think I'd make a great caregiver I love building relationships with other I communicate very well with others. I have an easy going personality I get along very well with anyone. I'd like to become a caregiver more because it's personal to me that elders are taken care of if I could go back I would of spent all day and night with my grandpa but I was to young to understand what I needed to do for him. I like knowing that I could put a smile on anyone's face if I was a caregiver I could lighten up the mood in any given situation.

Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have been in the medical field doing Phlebotomy, medical assisting, care giving, and medication technician since 2009. I have worked in Hospitals, Drs offices, in homes, and currently work in an urgent care. I am all about communication and being punctual. I enjoy being a caregiver because I love to help people, but love seeing the smile on their faces even more. With great home support for my son I was a truck driver I worked in the oilfield hauling salt water for a few years until a tragic accident changed everything for me. Going through that made me want to care for others like I was cared for. So here I am caring for the elderly which I adore and truly do love until eventually I'll attend nursing school. Until then I've been caring for the elderly for 2 years now 1 year with a company and another privately. With the company I experienced a lot of different situations. Taking care of elderly with Alzheimer's and dementia I would believe is my calling. With my past company I received training In Alzheimer's dementia and hospice. Privately I work for someone who has cerbal palsey. Working in this field has had me experience a lot of different environments, personalities and client relationship that were good and bad and through all I care for each and every one of my clients. I treat who I'm taking care of as a family member with love and care the way people deserve to be treated at this point in their life and that all I want is someone who I can work permanently m. where I can build a relationship with them and their family as a caregiver.
