I took an interest in the medical field at the age of 20 during my schooling for Cosmetology. I went on to school an earn an associate degree in medical science as a Medical Assistant. Have worked in many areas of HOME HEALTH CARE. I am well rounded in most areas. A passion an interest in the health of people who need at home care and can utilize my knowledge and skills. I know how important it is to be comfortable in the privacy of your own home. I have assisted and supported families with caring for their love ones. My personal achievement was my schooling to reach my career goals. I love the medical field its so rewarding when u can be there to help meet the medical needs and support of those who really need it. An my desire is to continue to aide those who need an can use my skills. I have upgraded my skills with online continuing education and recently received certification in the care of Alzheimer and Dementia clients.

I have an experience of 22 years. I am a good caregiver because I treat my patients like if they were my parents. I cared for my mother for 7 years, she ha Alzheimer's disease, bladder cancer and diabetes. After she was gone I decided to become a CNA to care for other people and give them all my help. I have lots of patience, a realistic outlook, soothing nature and reliability, I am emphatic and have compassion. I want my patients to be happy in their homes, hospital or wherever they are living and care for them like they want to be cared for.

My past work experience has been in the healthcare field. I enjoy caring for patients of all ages. I am the oldest of 3 girls, so looking after them has been my job since I was a child. I have a 90 year old grandmother with dementia, that alone has been a challenge but it has helped me broaden my skills of care giving and has also helped me be more passionate and patient.
