My name is Kandis and I have 4 daughters and 12 grandchildren and one great grand-daughter. I have adopted my 5th grand-daughter and have been raising her since she was 18 months old. I love the lord and I love being a caregiver. I worked with Alzheimer's and Dementia for 16 years.

I love to help people I treat people like they're my family members I treat them the way I would want to be treated and that's withlove and respect I've been a CNA over 20 years I also have medical assistant experience I also have dialysis experience I have worked in nursing homes also clinics and also at the homeless shelter I am a hard worker and I am a loving person and I love taking care of people

Being a part of this community is a great opportunity to build companionship while assisting with needs. I listen well, I am understanding, and I am open to learning new techniques.

My personality traits are that I am an honest person, I take full responsibility of my work, while at work. I can adapt to the people I work with, and who I work for. I can get along with others very easily. I'm very compassion with the elderly, and very understanding as to their needs. I have lots of courage in learning , and doing my job well, I also am patience, and I'm very loyal to others and to myself. What attracted me to being a caregiver, was how I would see how my mother would care alot for my grandmother, and see how she enjoy being so attentive to her and caring and how my grandmother was so ease and comfortable, and made things easy on my mother, and that's how I decided to be a caregiver, because I saw that as long as you treat your elderly the right , respectful way, it will be an easy job taking care of them, and they start feeling very comfortable and at ease with you and they start trusting you. What I enjoy most of being a caregiver is that if you work for the elderly and care for them and be on point, your will mostly enjoy their company and their stories, thats what they will enjoy the most, having someone there , to listen to them , their companionship. My personal achievement is becoming a Medical Assistant, because I know with my license it can get me in the door with helping the elderly, which are the important people we need to care for, as they as young adults once cared for us , while we were kids.

Easy going, funny, love to serve, always in a happy mood, serious about the healthcare and well-being of my clients. Being able to serve and assist someone and their needs when they can't do it themselves to their full potential, attracts me to this job, it's a feeling of security for my clients. I enjoy the smiles and relief it brings my clients. A personal achievement I am proud of, is pursuing my nursing career to obtain my nursing license.

My intense caregiven started with the care of my grandmother. She had a terminal illness which I cared for her untill the lord took her from us. My grandmother was the world to me. I became a medical Assistant to love and care for people just like i cared for my grandmother. I like knowing that the people i care for are being treated well & with respect. I like to consider them like family. I love knowing i can make a difference. Im also a CNA now hoping to help more people.

Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have been in the medical field doing Phlebotomy, medical assisting, care giving, and medication technician since 2009. I have worked in Hospitals, Drs offices, in homes, and currently work in an urgent care. I am all about communication and being punctual. I enjoy being a caregiver because I love to help people, but love seeing the smile on their faces even more. I enjoy building that rapport and building a positive and strong connection with my patients / clients. A personal achievement of mine is when I worked as an in home caregiver in 2018 there were lots of clients that would call myself and my boss stating they only wanted me to come because they enjoyed how I was with them and how I would always go above and beyond in all tasks I did for them.

I've raised my children and this is what's made me a great caregiver. When I had them I knew what love, patience, compassion, and being kind really meant. I have a heart to assist, provide and give my client any help in keeping their home clean and safe. I will be there to provide a nice warm meal, read to you & keep you company. We can take daily walks and enjoy the fresh air. I have the time to be there, to give.
