After many years of working in a Hospital Business Office by day and caring for a family member at night, I decided to become a Caregiver to others. I know first hand what it is like to need assistance with the care of a loved one and realizing that you can't be there 24 hrs a day. The uncertainty of trusting someone else to do it for you can cause anxiety. I decided to become a home health provider because my father suffered a gunshot wound which left him paralyzed. I was only 8 I would see the home health providers come to my house and help take care of my dad and do things for him that he no longer could do and I was very grateful for that at the same time I seen the tremendous help that it also provided for my mother considering she was a mother of 9 children. So I knew that I wanted to help others who there needs even if it was something as simple as cleaning for them and knowing that it also takes off alot of strain on the family members. So if I could bring a little relief to someone and their families even for just a few hours that's rewarding to me and that's the best part of being a provider
