First there is God, with God you can become a caregiver, he put love in your heart for people, all people.i have 5 children plus 3 step children and 29 grandchildren all together a lot of love going on. There are a lot of people out there that need a lot of taking care of and they need someone that cares. What I like about being a caregiver is the love that you get in return, not all the time in difficult cases but you know it's there. My personal achievement is when I went to Miller-Motte to become a phlebotomist while working a full time and part time job I look back now and wonder how I made it.

I have been a CNA specializing in memory care for the past 4 years in TN. I started traveling last year throughout TN and VA. I just settled in VA as a new RN in emergency nursing. However I like to do CNA/caregiving work on the side in my spare time.

Things that makes me a great caregiver/nurse assistance is my positive personality and behavior to my clients. I love to sing, reading Bible, and learning new things. I am a singer and good listener. I am proud of having a gift singing, and caring for people. I once had to care for my grandmother who was blind and needed personal care. I have worked with residents in their homes and nursing homes. It is my pressure to make them happy and feel to live longer. Hello, my name is Amy Stinson. I'm a certified/Licensed CNA in Buckingham County. I've been a licensed CNA since 2018. My very first patient as a CNA was my father. Although I started being a Caregiver when I was 18. I've always loved taking care of elderly people. It's always been a passion of mine to be able to care for someone that needs a little extra help. Not everyone has people to care for them, that's why I'm passionate about being a great Caregiver. Just being there for someone in their time of need and putting a smile on their face, is what I love most about my job. When I go home at the end of the day, my heart is full because I know I'm making a difference to someone just by being their for them. Getting my CNA license was one of my biggest accomplishments, because I love being able to take care of people and I love that they trust me to be their Caregiver.

I have been a Cna for 27 years. I have worked in nursing facilities and in home care. I currently work as a direct support professional at a group home on Thursday through Saturday and am looking to pick up a few shifts on my days off which are Sunday through Wednesday.
