I am Virginia Board Certified Nursing Assistant with over five years of home health and assisted living care. After raising four children I returned to school and became certified as a Home Health Aid, Nursing Assistant as well as Phlebotomy Tech. I believe that everyone has the right to quality care, and an advocate to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. Raising four children has taught me that one must always use and implement active listening skills as well as expect the unexpected. My passion for health care comes from years of experience as a mother, wife and caregiver to family and friends.

I think of myself as a kind-hearted and empathetic person. I always offer words of encouragement and comfort to my residents. I want a career that puts a smile on peoples face when I help them do even the littlest of things like helping with their daily routine or even having a conversation or giving them compliments . For me being a caregiver over the years has helped me improve in being able to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure my residents health and safety is not compromised.

I'm a great caregiver because I love helping people and I like what I do, I like to help people especially the elderly people and anyone who can't do what they used to do for themselves. Hi my name is Sharon payne, and I am a very patient, kind and compassionate person. I am furnished with 15 plus years of experience in healthcare, and worked with many different kinds of conditions, including dimentia. I love working with the elderly,and I learned a lot from them as we get to know each other. I love playing board games with them and have them teach me the ones that are new to me,making this one of the reasons I love doing what I do. It makes me content to give good service and to have my clients well satisfied and happy. One thing that pleases me is to have clients healed and go back to there normal activities of daily living as soon as possible, and are able to stay in their homes for as long as possible.
