Living with people and supporting each other gives life a meaning. This is why I became a care provider. 3 years as a live in care giver has equipped with knowledge of dealing with challenges faced by elderly people and those with needs within our community which require a helping hand. Simple achievements like understanding a person at a certain age or condition can not hold a big glass and drink enough water comfortably or during the pandemic while family members could not visit their loved ones setting up video calls and guiding them how to communicate with new technology brings joy and satisfaction to all. Although it started as a job now it's a way of life being that shoulder to lean on.

I am CNA, HHA, Med-Tech, and now a Care Manager. I love helping others that are in need! I had a daycare for 18 years. I was looking for something else in helping others that's why I went back to school to become a CNA and HHA. I'm now in Care Management. I manage medication's, doctors appointments, transportation and oversight of senior care. Which includes case management that includes, family members that live out of state, that I oversee their family members to make sure they are receiving the best care. I love spending time with the elderly. I would not trade my job as a Care Manager/caregiver. I have taken care of many seniors, in the last 17 years and love it so much! It makes me feel so good when I go in to help others that are having a hard time taking care of themselves. And family members needing oversight of their family members in need of care. Vaccinated.

I have worked as a CNA for over 16 years in a wide variety of settings including hospital, nursing home, assisted living, hospice and home health. I love working with seniors! They have amazing life stories, and I just really enjoy helping them . I have experience with memory care, medication assistance, and can provide references upon request. I would love to help your loved one to stay in their own home for as long as possible

Hello! My name is Hailey Eggleston and I am a college freshman at Washington State University. I am currently studying kinesiology with the intent of applying to nursing school this coming winter. I received my NA-C last summer through new chapters in healthcare. I really loved doing clinical in the mental health / dementia wing of the nursing home we visited as it is an area of interest for me! I have my mental health training, dementia training, nurse delegations, nurse delegations diabetes, BLS, HIV/AIDS, first aide, and CPR certifications. I love animals! Especially my sweet golden retriever. I am actually currently in the processes of training her to be a therapy dog. I became a caregiver to help those in need of assistance at home or in a facility. I love people and helping them to recover from injuries or illness. It isn't always possible for family members to care for another family member or other loved ones. I'm very passionate about the work I do in caring for my patients and also for their families. I've worked in hospice care, long term care, nursing facilities, hospitals and private care and have over 25 years experience, from Alzheimer's units to med- serg floors. I love it all and I'm continuing on to higher degrees.
