When caregiving presents challenges, it's important to remember patience and I feel like that is one of the many personality traits that makes me a great fit for the position. I feel as though I felt most compelled and attracted to being in a position to be a caregiver is when I realized I had the opportunity to help somebody else and make them feel great internally. The feeling that I get from helping others is truly impeccable and like no other, so I feel as though this position best fits me. What ever I set out to do I do it with ease and determination and also in a swiftly and polite manner and I feel as though that is a achievement that I am proud of.

I think patience and compassion are the two things that should always come with any employee that works for any patient. This is a job that requires a lot of tolerance for difficult situations, and good communication and a uplifting attitude.
