I have 18+ years experience as a LNA/ CNA/MA/Housekeeper. I am CPR/BLS and First Aid certified. I have worked in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Homecare and Hospice. A majority of my clients have been diagnosed with Dementia. I have alot of extended learning learning hours with Alzheimer's. I absolutely love working with seniors. I can't imagine doing anything else in this life. I have been out on my own for, five years now, I love the one on one contact of homecare. Integrity is the word I use to describe myself. I always do the right thing, even when no one is looking. Because I am honest and dependable, the work continues to flow. I usually work within the same family for a very long time. I can administer medications and insulin, take vitals, personal care, housekeeping, transportation, cooking, pet care, hospice, really anything you need I can help. I first found a passion for caregiving in 2020, when I began working privately for a family and taking care of an elderly diabetic man. Connecting with someone one-on-one is really important to me, as I recognize the need for patience and kindness tied in with professionalism in this field. I was with him for about a year, doing almost everything with/for him. I can keep track of medication well, prepare healthy meals, transport, keep up with the house/hygiene, and build a personal connection with people. I enjoy a challenge and love learning new things/working with new people.

My skills include medication management & reminders; plan, prep & prepare meals & snacks; personal care (helping patient in & out of the shower, assisting in getting dressed for the day, etc.); household chores (such as laundry, tidying & cleaning up, feeding animals, walking dogs, cleaning litter box, watering plants, etc): scheduling, calendaring & accompanying patients to appointments as needed, transportation to appointments, run errands, etc.

My name is Kaylin LeBaron, 22, and mother of two young boys. I gravitated towards being a caregiver after becoming a mother of two boys that have had a few health issues along the way. I have a natural nature to care for those that truly need help, with out judgment and always exercises kindness and empathy towards others. I believe in order to be a great caregiver you should have qualities that are always putting the needs and feelings of others first as often as possible. Being kind, respectful, and holding patients with residents/clients is key to being a great caregiver.

What makes me a Great Care giver, is my huge heart and personal ability to empathize and be compassionate w my clients. I know nobody wishes to be sick or ailing, so I always try to bring a little sunshine into they're lives, and let them feel a sense of unity and belonging. I try to leave my clients in a better state of mind, than before I got there. I became care giver; because in a pretty dark part of my past, someone very close to me ended up being stabbed 8x. And I was so scared, that I didn't even know what to begin to do. So it was then,that i decided to get into the healthcare field, educate myself, so that I would never find myself in a situation like that again. I love so much about working as a care giver, where should I start?... First off, the fulfillment of actually being able to help someone, hands-on, is very self-gratifying for me. Also knowing that I may make someone's life a little less stressful or painful, just by being able bodied enough to assist them in day to day needs, means a lot for me. But being able to touch someone's life, by sharing a piece of my love, kindness, and understanding w a individual or family, as well as imprinting a piece of myself within them, is probably the BEST reward out of it all. I believe God will place us into certain people's life's at just the right time. When it is most needed. That we may embark on a journey of strength and hopefully healing together. I know in my Heart of Hearts, that being able to offer my help, assistance, or relief to someone or a family in dire need of it, is truly where I need to be. I need to be helping people....
