I enjoy working in a home setting as I am an upbeat and positive person that believes a person is happier and more comfortable being cared for in their on environment. I am detail oriented. I enjoy making someones day better. Giving a person respect and dignity is very important to me. I feel the most important achievement that I have done in this field was helping a family of three at the same time with extensive duties and fulfilling all their needs. My other achievement is having 2 beautiful grown daughters and grandsons. I helped variety of people such as, disabled elders/special needs, people who had Tracheotomy, alzheimers, and dementia. People with alzheimers and dementia I only have 1 year experience with, so I wouldn't say it's my strong suit, but willing to grow in that area. I am a very understanding, and accepting person.
