Im a very patient person and im down to earth. What attracted me to being a caregiving was helping my grandparents I really enjoyed helping them and loved their company and my companionship with them. I have experience with dementia patients and enjoy helping others which is why I chose a career in Home health. From experience I know how hard it can be to watch a family members health fade and When you have limited time to be there for them it is that much more difficult. This is what I am here for. What makes me a great caregiver is that I enjoy helping the elderly and I've been a CNA for the last 4 years and I also do home health care also. I've worked in nursing homes where there was many of residents that needed help with ADLs.
