Hi , my name is Maleanna Battiste . I am a 21 year old black female . Im a caring and loving individual. I've been a certified nurses aid since 2020. I love to help others , so being a caregiver isn't hard for me at all . I enjoy being able to help others .

What makes me a great caregiver: 20+ years of experience, knowing how to get creative when things seems complicated, having a passion for what I do. It would take me all day to tell you everything, so I'll leave you with that. I love helping those who can't do for themselves anymore. Me,enjoying most about being a caregiver, is seeing a smile on not only on my client face, but the FAMILY as well! One of my personal achievements is: being a single mom of 2 girls, raising both of them to be successful young ladles. The oldest finished high school at the age of 16, then moved on to be a dental assistant at the age of 17 and is now an LPN....moving forward, working on her RN degree. My youngest graduated top of her class, after being home school for 3 yrs. She finished at LSU in 3 yrs, has her Masters from Our lady of the Lake College and is now attending their Fellowship Program to become one of their top leaders in the company

I enjoy helping people and I enjoy learning new things that can help others make their life easier. I treat all of my patients like they are my family and I also take pride in what I do. I have always had a need to help others. Finishing school and becoming a mom. I also one day want to own my preschool.

I enjoy being a caregiver because I love what I do ..I get to put smiles on people face ..be someone ears are mouth when they can't do it..make them feel special in independence love safe ...since I can remember all I ever wanted to do and be..what attracted me is the people because even if they sick are need help..I'm learning from them also rather they know it are not we teaching each others ..I don't believe I change a thing bout what I do..helping them knowing I'm making a difference keep me motivated In attracted me to stay in push harder..my personality traits are friendly trustworthy honest overachiever social butterfly n so much more ..in I'm proud of everything I do just seeing they smiles are the looks on they faces say enough for me

I became a caregiver when I had to step in and take care of a family member, who had a stroke. I like the fact that I was helping someone get rehabilitated while experiencing a miracle happen right before my eyes. I've been told that there should be hundreds more like myself, from just about every and anyone I have worked for and with. It's great feeling to have when you can go beyond others and your own expectations and receive certificates and rewards on how much people love you for what you do for their families. I became a CNA in 1998 and currently hold my certification. I'm also a Certified Pharmacy Technician and have been for 9 years and counting. I am a mother of 5 and wife.

Well I'm a very outgoing happy go lucky person , I'm always smiling I really bring joy to others I feel as if I'm out here to make a difference in the world and I love helping others to make a change. I'm proud of the woman I became because I came a long way. I just loving doing something I actually like to do. I have a lot goals I want to accomplish and me having this job will complete the journey.
