Hello my name is cinthya i've been a CNA for 4 years now, i have done home care, nursing home, hospice, assisted living and i currently work at memory care facility and its the area i have worked the most and feel more comfortable with with dementia patients, I absolutely love what i do and do it with pride nothing makes me happier to leave a client's house knowing they're all taking care of and made their day better, helping people that can't help themselves is what makes my job worth it, i love spending time and get to know about my patients do what they enjoy to do sometimes it can get hard but we have to always remind ourselves our why and take a deep breath always works

I believe I am the best caregiver because prior to becoming certified I look care of both my parents that were terminally ill. That is actually what made me decide on this field of work,I love caring for others and assisting others to accomplish task that they normally could not do on there own.My proudest accomplishments is when I had the privilege to work with an patient that was tramatic brain injury and I tought her to do the simplest task such as washing het face,brushing her hair and feeding herself among many other things that were once a struggle for her.

Hello My name is Yasmiri I am 24 years old I have always loved taking care of people I have a lot of experience taking care of elderly mostly from my own Grandma that has diabetes and Alzheimer's. I also am going to school to become a nurse and have worked in a hospital setting as well as the home setting I have experience with people with respiratory disorders as well. I have been a caregiver for over 30 years. I began as a teenager in nursing homes but found in home care when I was a personal trainer. I was training a client in her home and it was then that I decided I wanted to spend more time helping the elderly remain in their homes. I am very easy going but I'm a a great worker. I do my best to help each individual maintain their dignity and respect while maintaining as much independence as possible. I enjoy the fact that people are comfortable with me at a time when someone must come into their environment which has been sacred to them for so long. What attracted the most to look into this field and to sign me up for CNA school was for my grandparents that I was very close to and who raised me so I did it for them! Because unfortunately, my grandmother was in a nursing home and she was very neglected to the point. Some thing happened to her and she passed away so she gave me my motivation to be where I'm at today. I'm a very compassionate person very honest the most outright patience I have for people is incredible always in a positive mood And I've always wanted to take care of others who don't have others to take care of them.
