I am currently Residential Services Coordinator at Mary T. Inc, and I am a Professional Direct Support Staff, (DSP). Paul Both is so kind, passionate and professional caretaker or giver with Christian rich background knowledge and expertise about how to work and care with Alhzeimer patient. Duties: Scheduling, administration of Medications, appointments and outings in the community. Why I do this job: I have a great passion for suffering people and I have great love to help people from their suffering they might experience because I have been in a great suffering myself when I was in a refugee camps many years ago. I believe I am a great caregiver because I love people, family, Community, and I care deeply for people or about God's people, because I always reminded myself about where I come from and I normally put myself in people's shoes too. Also, I have been working as a nurse assistant, social worker, Missionary, and teacher for many years and I am still doing it currently. I am also a family man and beloved uncle everwhere I go. More importantly, I have the great love, and respect for God and his beloved Son, Jesus Christ and God's people. Above all, making someone day happy and making people smile is my chief goal and my top priority.

I love this job because I love to take care of elderly people and I have been doing it for a long time. These people are very amazing with great experience and I treat them with dignity and respect . I became a caregiver because I love to serve and help the needy. Before I started a job as a caregiver, I volunteered at the Pre-Ops of Sinai hospital in Baltimore forsix (6) hours, 3 days a week.I care about people, I am a very loving and caring person, full of empathy and I am learning so much in this chosen career from my clients. I am full of joy, I love to sing, read them poems and sometimes we dance together. I love to dress them up. We play cards sometime and some of them watch their favorite game show on T.V and cooking is also a delight to me. I am a great companion on my one -one cases because I love to be fulfilled at work too.

my passion for caregiving kick off when I was growing up as a child. I spend lot of time with my grandparents, which allow me to understands their needs and limitations. How I help them overcome those challengers reignited with me up to now, and give me a wild sense of humanity, especially when life's challenges hits us along the road. spending time helping senior, people with challenging lifestyles, help them physically, psychology, and make them feels part of society. current i still aid one of my nephew who will born with physical disability. currently am studying Computer programing, but I love caregiving, because if brings me joy when peoples smile .
