Hello! I've raised three children and now get to enjoy our young grandchild. While I have a full time job during the day Monday through Friday since my daughter and granddaughter have recently moved away I have a lot of time in my hands and I like to stay busy. I'm a great listener and enjoy spending time with older people so this seems like a good fit, I have a long history of visiting with people at nursing homes, volunteering at loaves and fishes, and growing lots of vegetables for the food bank. Please be aware that while I learn quickly I have no nursing experience.

What makes me a great caregiver is my passion in being able to be a part of the elderly staying in their homes if thats what they want, instead of a nursing facility. Sometimes that isn't always easy for the families to accomdate that request and that's where i come in, to help make that possible. I love being outside as well, in some instances i have been able to do certain activities with some of my clients ive had, that they may wouldn't have been able to do otherwise. Ive worked with clients having different situations from just needing compaionship and doing activities, to more of needing personal care, all the way to hospice care.
