This is sometimes the hardest question to answer. I definitely am a person that supports others in their goals. I enjoy seeing outcomes and lean towards the answers rather than the problems. As a caregiver I am loving, caring, helpful and understand the level of care each person needs will not look the same with another. Person centered is the goal to be specific for each person according to their likes and dislikes and their needs.

Being a caregiver you have to be patient and love people. I love what I do. Meeting new families and being trusted with the care of their family member shows the public and community what kind of person you are to give them such great service for their family member.
