I am a compassionate caregiver and have over 20 years experience. I enjoy helping my clients feel as independent as possible, truly taken care of, their needs and concerns addressed, and like a valuable person, not a number. After seeing my grandmother and grandfather in assisted living facilities without proper companionship or care from their caregivers and nurses I made the decision to make a difference. 8 years ago my father was diagnosed with Dementia. With his progression of the disease our family had to make a choice and decided it was in his best interest to be in a facility. By the grace of god he is well taken care. During this time I made decision to go to nursing school to become a licensed nurse. Having gone through the process and working in assisted living facilities I became well aware of the elderly and all the help that was needed, especially with companionship. A lot of patients have no family to visit or family that has no interest to visit. This has become very close to my heart and the joy I get to be able to spend with these patients is as rewarding as it gets. I enjoy being able to provide the skills I have learned and to provide the assistance and respite care that a family needs.

I'm always smiling and happy. I always wanttednto to be a caregiver of any kind. Hearing their stories and avenger when they where younger. Finishing high school when some teachers told me I'll never be anything, and some college too, and having a career in Heather care. I do have CPR certification

I have 3 years of caregiving experience. Knowing that I am helping make someone's life even the slightest bit easier has always felt so rewarding to me. I believe I am a very patient and understanding person as well as performing great under pressure and I feel that is what makes me a great fit to be a caregiver.

I genuinely love being able to take care of people and especially the elderly. I have always been very passionate about being there for the elderly and taking care of them as if they're my own grandparents. I have overcome a lot of fear I had with being around new people and new surroundings, and working with the elderly has taught me a lot of life skills, and most importantly being patient.
