I am very outgoing I love taking care of the elderly I have a passion for what I do. Making sure they are Happy and getting the care they need and deserve. Treating them with love and respect. My 1st caregiver job was my Aunt that was very sick. I took care of her until the end of life. And then my grandparents. And it just went on from there. And I knew it was my calling. Because I loved what I did. What I like most is the wisdom and conversations of there life the things they did when they were young. It's amazing to sit down vh and just listen and give thembloge and attention. I am most proud of the many Elderly people that I have taken care of and known in the 31+ years I have been a caregiver and I wouldn't change it for anything it taught me a lot. I learned so much from every patient. And that has been my greatest reward and Achievement.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping people. Helping people is so rewarding. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is helping make the person I am helping life be a little bite easier. I am most proud of all the people I have helped.

I have an Associate Degree in Nursing from Ivy Technical College of IN. I have worked in an Assisted Living facility in IN as well as a nursing facility. I prefer caring for an individual that would love to live in their own home independently. I have experience with Alzheimer's, mobility impairment and strokes. I am experienced in medicine administration. I have knowledge of diabetes and meal planning.

I'm a mother of 4. I have been working in the medical field for 28years. I'm also a NRCMA have experience in home health also in a family practice clinic and urent care clinics as well.I have worked alot with Dementia/Alzheimer's patients. I'm also certified in First Aid/ CPR. Im a very loving and personable person.

I am a respectful and respecting lady. I love to care for the elderly as I want them to be happy, meet their basic needs, and be adjusted with their changes in health as life goes on. I have also seen that older people than myself like me. I did not have grandparents in my life, so I have a place for such elderly in my heart. Ever since I started visiting nursing homes and talking to them, I felt satisfied that I am meaningful to them and they enjoy my giving them company and sharing their thoughts. I practice compassion as a moral rule. My early obsession and training in philosophy and ethics might be to blame. While earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, I volunteered at various retirement homes as well as Soup Kitchens and Meals on Wheels. I find deep joy in caring for little things such as my plants and my cat, even in spite of her, well, cattiness. Some of my art draws attention to the natural environment, which was initially one of the reasons I decided to pursue cinematic arts. I have always had compassion for vulnerable populations, and I know from an existential and emotional standpoint that growing older can be frightening at times, which is why I wish to bring peace and joy to someone's life. My training in yoga therapy has further taught me the importance of stillness and breath, as well as nutrition. Having traveled and lived in other countries, I have learned how to effectively communicate with people who are different from me. My background in nutrition has taught me how to approach conversations from a clinical standpoint, and my work as an artist has taught me how to use the imagination in order to create positive and meaningful narratives for ourselves, especially as a means to cope with the later stages of life. I love poetry, traveling, hiking, reading, art, and nature.

I'm very passionate about being a Caregiver. I never had the pleasure of meeting any of my grandparents so I have always wonder what it felt like. So being a Caregiver has introduced me to wonderful people. I have enjoyed baking cookies, listening to old love stories, as well as old war stories. I can surely see and feel how special grandparents and Elderly really are. I love the warmth of smiles, the hugs, and the sincere gratitude that's shared. I love just being a trustworthy companion to the most vulnerable. It's really heartfelt.
