Hi, my name is Lucky, I am 25 years old. I am an outgoing person who loves the outdoors, going out to eat with friends and reading. I am very companionate with anyone especially children and the elderly. I love taking care of the elderly because I have family members of the same age. Also I believe one day I will also be that age and would need help therefore I treat everyone with respect. I graduated in May 2020 with my bachelors in Social Work and Communication. I am experienced in different caregiving setting. I have worked in group homes, nursing facilities, adult family homes and one on ones. Personally I prefer one on ones because I feel like then I get to give my full attention to my client. I have had my CNA for almost 2 years now but have been working with the elderly for 6 years now. I became a caregiver because coming from a small island we have extended families where taking care of our elderly is a norm. When I moved to the USA I realized that this is something I will be able and be good at as it comes to me naturally to care for people who need help with everyday care.The most I enjoy about caregiving is making my client happy and having them feel that I am there for them. Being at my last job for the last 14 years is an accomplishment because the I know that I did my best and performed my work to the best of my ability.
