Working at adult family home you have to be patient and re-approach be gentle and kind also the assistant living it's the same thing you just got a re-approach them be gentle be patient as I always say is the little things that counts and matters I'm not perfect everyone to make mistakes but I try my best to learn from them and you're never too old to learn more I remember I was at work one One of my patient was laying down and they have a visitor and I was trying to feed him something he turned to me and said I appreciate this so much because he was not taking anything before and look he is taking a few bites that made me feel so good so I feel like I'm doing something.

I have great passion working with seniors and people who need help as well. Have developed and it has been my interest to not only work with elders and others but also to fellowship with them as well. I found it interesting and lovely especially when they tell those old stories and their words of wisdom great asset.

Hello I tend to be more on the positive side like to see the person smile. Getting to know the person listening to the person telling me about the amazing life. I had a brother who passed from cancer and a mother who passed from dementia. After caring and helping both mother and brother I felt very compassionate for others. Spending time with the person listening to the life stories or experiences they've gone through. The person in my care having a Positive experience while in my care.

I am a Certified Nurse Assistant with 8 years experience working in different healthcare facilities. My CPR and First aid cards are current and l have a valid TB test results which is negative. I love being a caregiver because l love being in a helping profession. I cared for my grandmother and it was a joy to have been able to care for her.
