I am punctual, very compassionate about what I do for people who have lost some independence from a life event. Compassion for the family involved to help lessen the burden. I have worked as a care Provider for 15 years with the elderly.I enjoy the work because it is rewarding to me and also challenging,you get out of it what you put into it,you have to love the elderly first of all,you must be very patient and understanding,but most of all it takes alot of compassion.You are dealing with people,who have put into society,who have finally come to a point in their lives where they are in need of our help,to take care of them,and to let them know that they still do make a difference and are very important in society still. We can learn a great deal from these people and make a positive impact in their lives. ,they have alot to teach us with there wisdom and knowledge .And when you are dealing with the elderly,you are dealing with their illness also,and thats whats very important.
