I first became interested in health care when my mother was ill and needed care herself and realized that I had a real passion for helping others. At Long Beach Memorial I was know as the "sitter whisper" because whenever they had a difficult patient they would alway assign me that patient and by the end of the day the patient would no longer require restraints or was completely compliant and friendly. My name is Arlette, My journey working with seniors started when I cared for my grandmother when she needed the help about 10 years ago.
