We can do light exercises, play games, cards, do puzzles, listen to their favorite music - our person in care chooses when they can, family and friends can also share their favorite leisure activities.

My personal achievements I am proud of was being there for my father even when it got hard to see. My father was 53 when he passed away this year. He always want me to live my life but as much he try to push to live my life I stayed not to far away to be his anchor when he need me. Help him change his dressing to help meal prep due him being so weak from dialysis. Being his daughter, his support, caregiver, counselor all in one as well . Doing what I love with a person I love the most. That's how I look at others when I'm in this field as they was one my love one that need help and care for .
