These services include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication management. I am also highly efficient in basic caregiving tasks such as monitoring vital signs and performance of personal hygiene which include bathing, skin care, oral care, shaving, nail care and peri care. I am also very familiar with basic medical equipment such as hospital beds, lift recliners, wheel chairs, walkers, bed pans, fracture pans, bedside toilets, oxygen machines and portable tanks, and breathing treatment equipment. I am also well trained in lifting and transferring techniques for safety.
