Hello my name is Megan, I am 27 years old. I have a medical assistant degree, CNA, phlebotomy and I have two more years of Nursing school left to become an RN. I have worked in many nursings homes, day programs, hospitals, hospice centers, group homes etc. I am familiar with medication given times if need be. All different types of medical conditions as well. I've worked with many of clients in the last 7 years. I enjoy helping people with their everyday daily needs, I feel comfort that they trust me to care for them and leave them with a smile at the end of every day. I have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

I am currently a second semester senior at Salve Regina University in the nursing program. I have been a CNA since I graduated high school almost 4 years ago. I have also had clinical experiences throughout college which has fiurther heightened my passion for being a caregiver. I would describe myself as compassionate and empathetic. I truly enjoy my time with the clients and patients I have spent time with and gotten to know. I have found that seniors/the elderly are a population that I feel particularly drawn to. I feel that I can learn so much from listening and being present with people, especially those who have lived different experiences than me in a different time period. I like connecting with those I care for, but I mostly enjoy helping those who need it. I would love the opportunity to provide care for someone in my last semester of college.

I have been a cna for almost 8 years and I absolutely LOVE what I do. I became a cna after taking care of my grandfather when my grandmother couldn't care for him no longer. He made me realize what Im meant to do. My goal is to be a Nurse one day. I have worked in all aspects of healthcare. From my 1st job being in an all male medium security prison as a cna to working hospice,private duty, nursing homes, and home care. Im very good at what I do and have never had a complaint. Hello, I'm Jamie. I am from RI and grew up in the southern end of the state by the beach. I am a upbeat, punctual, caring person. I started my career as a caregiver as a CNA in nursing homes then went into private care when a family member was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I then took care of my family member to ensure they got the best care and attention they deserved. Taking care of others and helping them as though they are my own family really brings joy. I enjoy helping and making the family's lives easier during this time in their lives. When I attended CNS school I graduated top of my class. I tutored other students that needed the extra assistance. I truly am a caregiver in all areas of life.

Let me start by saying I was born with a huge heart and always enjoyed helping others becoming a mother only made me more grateful for the things we have and people we have in life .
