I have experienced the loss of my mother to two horrible illnesses, pulmonary fibrosis and dementia. I watched my older sister become my mothers fulltime caregiver, and learned that everything done with tender love, care , and grace helps not only the patient, but also gives peace and comfort to those closest to them.
