I cared for my late father when he had a stroke twenty four years ago and I developed a tender heart for the elderly. I love working with them and I believe they need love, special care and attention in their old age just like my dad offered me a lot of love, care and attention in my young age. I am a warm, loving and caring person and I would like to make a difference in a person's life, treat them with respect and love, through music, through a word of encouragement, through a smile, a warm embrace an acts of kindness. I am reliable, detail oriented, respectful, creative and organized. The best time was when one of the elderly people who hasn't been talking or saying anything for a while started singing when I was playing a song on the CD and humming along, I felt so accomplished and victorious in that moment. I am a simple person,I don't get mad easily.what inspires me to become a caregiver is when my grandma passed away I use to care for her for years before she pass so because of that I know how it feels when your love one needs help and how you want people to care for them I have being a caregiver for over five years I have work with different clients.i love being a caregiver I want to be part of people life helping them,encourage them making sure they reach there life time goals even tho some are hard to reach but still encourage them.

Caregiving isn't for everyone, you have to have a great love for it and your clients! I've received Employee of the Month and Nurse Delegation certificate. I work for 2 locations under my company because I enjoy working so much! I truly enjoy the people I work for! I enjoy cleaning, organizing, grocery shopping, helping people get around and anything else I'm able to assist with! I love animals too!

Empathy and Compassion and patience by shown those three things I let the person that I care about them ...and I can do anything to make them happy. I was taking care of my mom for about eleven years until last year, because she was ill......So I always want help elderly I feel like my mom & I treat them like my my on mom. I enjoy when they are smiling and by doing little make a person's day a better It make me happy. I achieved when I take care of my client for five years from doing OK to hospice care ...until her end day we were like mother and daughter and she was always proud of me how I take care my mom and her between ,also with two little children and going to school for Medical assistant .
