Hello, Im Tierra Robinson and I have been a caregiver for over a year. Growing up helping my grandparents attracted to me to being a caregiver. I enjoy listening to my elders tell me about their lives and personal experiences growing up. One of my biggest achievements is when my clients can comfortably confide in me. I am an upbeat individual that takes pride in the care of my clients. I go over and beyond to make sure all their needs are meet. I have worked in 2 skilled facilities before transitioning into home health care. My have provided care for total care, assistance, neurological issues, tracheotomy care and provided care to cancer patients. I enjoy caring for clients because they need me to help them to make their last days their best days.

I am punctual with work I have a big heart to help others. My name is Qenjada Weeks. I am 20 years old I see myself as very outgoing, honest, and dependable because most people my age you really can't always depend on. When I was younger my great grandmother had retired from her job and started being a caregiver. I was old enough to come alone help out and I loved it that's what attracted me as being a caregiver. The part I love most about it is that I'm just simply helping out others in need. A personal achievement that I am proud of is when I first started working at Rolling Hills I had a resident that couldn't talk, but by the time I left I taught him learn to say his name.

By showing both empathy and compassion caregivers will let the person they are caring for know that they care about the person and want to do what they can to help them. I have the patience to work with someone who needs home care it is important to me that the patient and I have an understanding. It helps to sometimes put yourself in the other person's shoes and see what it might be like to ask people for help. I'm very Reliable A great caregiver is someone that can be counted on to be there. If the caregiver says he or she is going to be there to provide home care every Thursday morning, then the caregiver shows up, unless there is an emergency. Those needing home care services need a reliable and dependable caregiver. Trustworthy. Most people who need home care services are in a vulnerable position. They are inviting someone into their home to be near their valuables. A good caregiver is someone who is trustworthy in this regard, as well as in being trusted to keep the client's information confidential. Very flexible As with most things in life, home care needs may change and unexpected events can happen. A good caregiver will be prepared to go with the flow, being flexible, so that they continue to provide good home care, even if a rigid schedule isn't being followed. Good home caregivers are those who naturally have an urge to help others. Often times they are people who have always placed a priority on helping other people. They want to make the world a better place and they do it with one home care patient at a time. Becoming a good home caregiver isn't something that will necessary happen immediately, but if the basic qualities are there, those people can develop their skills over time to become great!

First off, im a very loving woman, well known, kind hearted and if theres one thing people really know about candance is that she loves helping people i believe that helping others is one of my gifts. I love talking with others i like relating to others and their problems. Cleaning is another good quality that i have.
