Hi! I am a non-smoking, reliable, patient, and caring person who has approximately 6 years of experience caring for the elderly. Experience with Early to Moderate Dementia & Lewy Bodies Dementia. I love animals (I have 3 dogs) cooking healthy meals, reading, and knitting. I also provide light housekeeping, meal prep, bathing/dressing, medication prompting and running errands. I prefer to work in a non-smoking environment. My current clients range in age from 58 to 96 years of age with various medical needs including Multiple Sclerosis (Secondary Progressive) I provide companionship, memory exercises to strength training exercises for mobility and balance. Tossing a light weight medicine ball (2lbs - 5lbs) as well as exercising with Resistance Loop Exercise Bands & Single Flat Exercise Resistance Bands and walking. I treat my clients like they are my own parents. Good conversation, helping with anything they need, playing board games, watching tv, doing puzzles and arts and crafts.

I am a natural advocate. I am passionate about everything I do in life. And I love making people smile. I chose caregiving because I am in school for healthcare; I love science and my emphasis is epidemiology. More than anything I love to hear people's life story, I feel caregiving provides the bridge to form a special trust, and experience another person's life.
