I am an LVN with 20 years of nursing experience. I provide skilled care or more extensive care such as end of life care, wound care or care that may require someone more skilled. MY PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON THE JOB AND SKILL NEEDED FOR THE JOB. I'm IHSS certified for Lake County and will consider working through IHSS. My regular prices range from $30.00 - $45.00 an hour. I've always been a natural caregiver. I love caring for people. I began a career in nursing in 2001 as a CNA. I went to school to become an LPN in 2005 and graduated Valedictorian in 2006. I've enjoyed nursing and was fortunate to be able to gain lots of experience in geriatrics and pediatrics. I've worked in private care, home health care, assisted living, nursing home and clinic. I have also been blessed to have worked with developmentally delayed children and adults. I love to make a difference in the lives of the people I help. I live in Lakeport, CA. I'm looking to take a break from nursing for large groups of patients to a one on one setting. I've always favored in home care and look forward to providing your loved one with the same love and care I would provide my family.

I've been a caregiver 15 years, also a mother of 3 beautiful children 2 boys and a girl. I've worked @ UCLA,V.A. Hospitals in the past. Caregiving is in my heart , seeing patients get better or comforting them during hospice. I'm an caring person eager to learn, teach and help in anyway possible.

I'm a very caring person and have a passion for taking care of others, especially the elderly. I have been working as a Cna or caregiver since I was 18 and have always loved it. I had bladder cancer twice but beat it again this year and am now trying to find work again. My CNA License is expired due to me being sick with Cancer but I would like to do the classes and get it back now that I'm no longer sick. I've also taken several early childhood development classes as well as medical billing classes at Mendocino College.

I became a caregiver after I helped my Aunt with my Great-Grandmother, she had a fast progressing form of Alzheimer's.. I realized then that caring for others was what I was born to do.. The thing I love most about this career is the stories I get to hear, and knowing I'm making a difference in someone's life... I love to Joke and have a good time, I want to be the helpful friend not the just the caregiver...

I became a caregiver 2 years ago while helping out a friend of the family. Prior to caregiving, I have always worked with children, in preschool settings (Head Start) or have been a foster/ adoptive parent.
