I am hard working ,independent , self driven, detail oriented, self motivated, organized, clean, and cheerful person! I have been a caregiver for a little over 5 years, I love helping others with day to day life skills and needs I always knew I wanted to help people and once I finally started to I knew I never wanted it to end! Helping others makes me feel so much joy just knowing that the person is being properly cared for. I love getting to know each an every person I get the pleasure of working with. I couldn't be more proud of the field of work I'm in helping others takes a special person, lots of patience and a good heart,thankfully God blessed me with all of that because now I get to love what I do l!

I'm a very loving and kind hearted person and very patient. When I was 18 years old, my grandma got sick and none of my siblings would take care of her so I pretty much had to do everything for her and that's what Attracted me to being a caregiver plus I love the smile it put on someone's face when you make their day... something I am proud of is buying my very first home at the age of 20...

I have been a CNA for 10 years, and have worked in all different situations in many different facilities. I aspire to go further with my nursing degree, and eventually, hopefully become an RN like my mom. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a sense of purpose, I enjoy helping people. Many life lessons held dearest to my heart, came from the facility where I worked my first 2 years as a CNA. I currently work PRN for an agency based out of Indianapolis. Although I am through an agency, I have been steadily picking up at a facility in Franklin for over 5 years. I am searching for a PRN or part time option closer to home. My name is Lilly, I have been a cna for 5 going on 6 years. I wanted to become a cna because I love helping and taking care of other people. I want to be a caregiver because it allows you more one on one time with your patients.

I became a CNA/caregiver/home health aide because I honestly believe in truly compassionate care for people in need whether is the geriatrics, pediatrics, or the mentally impaired or psych or a combination of all the above. I enjoy knowing that I have helped someone get through another day on this earth with their family and if they don't have any family at least they know someone was there for them when it was needed and proof that there are still nice, caring, and honest people out there.

I became a caregiver so that way I know that people are getting the care that they need. When I was younger I was misdiagnosed twice and I want to help make sure that someone else doesn't have to go through that. I plan on furthering my education.

When I was younger I worked each summer at a Nursing home and loved it, now that I have a child raised and settled in life more I would love to get back into it...I have always been in retail or manufacturing jobs, now I would like to try something rewarding again.I do care for an ill family member now .

My Mother was Ill from having cancer this is why i became a Caregiver........ I love being a Caregiver I am going on my 9th year as a Certified Home Health Aide. I LOVE My job and the satisfaction I get from Helping others achieve their goals...One Client I took care of had a stroke well when i took over giving this lady her care me and her decided to continue with her physical therapy ( Just rountine excerices and range & Motion on her left arm & leg ( which was partially paralyzed)..well after 2 months of continuous exercises SHE could use her left hand and actually grip the bar in the Shower! We were so proud to show her husband and Family what Her & I accomplished with a little love and compassion.... she became like My 2nd Momma and she told me i was her Angel girl so with that I love my job . for me I am Family oriented I have 4 living children 9 grandchildren (10th due in August) and 1 great grandson im dependable accurate and very compassionate and just simply love Life!
