All of my experience has been hands-on and I can assist in all aspects of home care from companionship to bathing/dressing, to meal preparation. I place myself in the condition of the weak elderly. I vision that someday I can be in that condition. This motivates me to have compassion on them and work hard to support them. I took care of my aged father who suffered from stroke for ten years before he died. His high social demand at this time motivated me to be elderly supporter. My father's condition which I assisted motivated me to become a care giver. I do it wholeheartedly and families of passed away clients sometimes adopt me into their family. Most often they call me even when the work is over.

I became a caregiver because I have a great passion to care for people. I love putting smiles on people's face in which is a healthy therapy for people I care and work for.

I think I would be a good caregiver because I studied for taking care of elders and I'm very compassionate. It attracts me because I'm able to take care of someone else who's in need of it. I get to help others and make them feel good and myself.
