My name is Tanisha! I have been a caregiver since 2016 right before my grandmother was sick and suddenly passed. Thats where my passion really began, as a youg girl I would go with my mom to work in the nursing homes and i knew from there that thats what i wanted to pursue in life. I am laid back and easy going. My clients like me because I allow them to do whatever they're able to do. I only help them to keep them safe. I feel my client find their autonomy one of the most important things they have left. I love this work. I feel like I'm an important part of these people's lives. The one thing I hate is when I have to leave them for one reason or another.

I became a Caregiver because after working over 19 years in custumer service/sales, I wanted to do something that would allow me to give back to society instead of taking from it. The best thing about being a caregiver is seeing the smiles on my client's faces when I come in to work or picking up the phone and hearing them on the other end asking how was my day when I was off from work. I enjoy taking my client's new places and introducing them to new things; such as, the zoo, amusement parks, museums, and even swimming.
