I have been doing home health care for over 20 yrs now. I love my job and what I do. If I can make someone's life easier then I know I have done my job. I Love people And not just anyone can do this kind of work. You have to have a passion for people, and that's what I have. Every client I have had love my work. I'm good at what I do because I love what I do.

I like to cook and bake. If my clients like it I like to introduce them to some Mongolian dishes. I like working with new and interesting people. I liked the interaction between my client and me. I am proud of the fact that my clients condition improved while I was employed there.

I was raised by my Grandmother so I have an old soul. It was instilled in me to Respect my Elders, All People and their Property. I've worked since I was 14 years old. Every summer I enrolled in the Summer Youth Employment Program. I know the importance of being at work and being on time. Although I do work for the money, my pride in the work delivered earns me every dollar I make. Caring for others is my specialty and I make sure my clients know they're not a burden to me. I'm reliable, honest, trustworthy, and driven. I've had a passion for helping others since I was younger, at just about 12 years of age. What I enjoy most is being able to be a helping hand and someone others can count on when in need. I'm proud of the amount of years I put in to the senior community and was given many opportunities to build in this field.

I am a mother of six grown children. I provide kind, compassionate, professional, health care, and companionship. I care for all my clients like family. I started volunteering in nursing homes, and hospitals when I was 13. Caring for others comes natural to me.

I currently am employed for 8 hours a week, plus occasional subbing at True Blue Caregivers as in home elder care. I have worked with adults with Parkinson disease as well as other chronic illnesses. I do things like driving to help shop. Walk dogs. Drive to appointments. Light housework, like laundry and dishwashing, bed making. Remind and give meds. Prepare simple meals. Companion for walks etc. I have also done overnights with seniors in hospice care. I have worked with men and women with slight to severe dementia with patience and understanding and kindness. I m capable, dependable and caring. I have 6 children of my own the youngest is in her teens. I m a visual artist. I enjoy dance classes and nature walks. I homeschooled my children for many years. I really love elder care and chronic illness care - it is fulfilling to help people remain as independent as they can be for as long as they can.

Hello! My name is Annie & thank you for visiting my profile! :) I was a Special Education major for 4.5 years & absolutely loved every minute, but decided it wasn't the right path for me. I started as a RA and decided to go get my CNA license & I'm so thankful I did! I have learned so much over the past 2 years & I'm so very thankful that I work with a fantastic nurse who's willing to show me nursing "things". I can definitely tell you I never ever imagined myself being anywhere near the healthcare field, but have enjoyed myself so far & looking forward to the future! I enjoy being a caregiver because of the 1 to 1 relationships that develop. I like helping patients and seeing them get stronger day by day. I like keeping active with patients wether it be physical activities or mental activities. I enjoy learning about my patients, their history & being a source of support and encouragement. Not a lot bothers me when it comes to bodily functions & find myself able to deal with/handle situations that arise. In my personal life, I enjoy reading, exploring new places around Michigan, watching Netflix & am a freelance photographer.
