I've always wanted to take care of people . I've watched my blessed grandmother do it all her life. I'm the perfect caregiver for any family because of my patience and flexibility. I'm a great caregiver because empathize. I build a connection with my patient to create a sense of ease for their personal fears and discomforts. Personally I feel I do more than just look after and attend to my patients needs. I nurture, and foster a bond that makes them almost a part of my family and feel closer to their family. I am very compassionate, Patient and Caring I became interested in becoming a caregiver at the age of 18. I knew this was truly my calling because of the joy it gave me. Taking care of my mom as she struggled with dementia gave me a greater compassion to help elderly .My personal achievement is knowing that I am helping someone have the quality-of-life In whatever life challenges they are faced with.

I truely find helping others rewarding. My younger disabled brother was the first to gain my attention to the healthcare world. I enjoy being a caregiver because I know it gives help to that individual in their day to day living. My most personal achievements would be all of my healthcare professional certifications and 23 years of healthcare experience.

I am 22 years old. I found a passion for working with the elderly when I took on the role I have now with RSI. Not just caring for them, but I loved seeing me make an impact on their lives. I love that they wait for me at the door when I'm coming into work & how much they love to be around me. I am young and I love the fact that I can help the older generation with my bright personality and attitude. I am really proud of teaching one of my nonverbal residents sign language. He now can sign a couple phrases to communicate with me.
