I was a CNA for over 25 years, I have worked with DD/IDD population, Alzheimer,Dementia clients. I worked in hospitals on Cardiac, Oncology, ER and Geriatric units. Care giving has been my life's work.I raised 6 children and now get to enjoy grandchildren. I am a team player and client advocate. I enjoy being able to help individuals be able to stay in their home and building great relationships with them and their family. I had 5 bypasses in 2020 and I have worked for myself for the last 5 years so I no longer have a CNA license. If I'm chosen for this position I promise you won't be disappointed.

I know how to assist with physical therapy, vital sings assessments such as Blood pressure,respirations, pulse, weight, and give companionship with activities. I'm well trained in infection control, standard precautions. Airborne, contact,droplet precautions. I'm skilled with repositioning, transferring and ambulation with clients I've worked with the mentally disabled, handicapped, and jeryatric patients. Im also well trained on catheter care, colostomy care, palliative care and peri care. I have worked with clients who are on oxygen therapy, kemo therapy, physical therapy. I'm a decent cook.
