My credentials include but aren't limited to over 3 decades working to provide seniors with unmatched continuum life care services. Safety and honoring every individuals dignity is my priority. I became a caregiver because I was able to take care of my sick mother home for 4 years until it turned into Hospice care at my home. I am trustworthy with training, education, and guidance with caring for families , so they will receive emotional support and are comfortable in their environment. My compassion for patients allows me to have understanding and be attentive to their needs. I will follow set rules be punctual, and show good time - management. Quality of care and safety for patients are very important to me.

I am an outgoing person who love being in act of service. What attracts me to being a caregiver is actually being able to help someone in need. What I enjoy most is seeing people smile by how I'm helping or being helped. My personal achievement is when I was finally able to help a client/patient on my own.

I am a 28 yr old caregiver/medication technician I have been in this field for 7yrs. When I was little I loved making sure my grandmother and great grandmother was okay and I always helped them around the house. I wanted to continue doing that when I grew up but also help other people as well. I love being able to help somebody achieve a goal or an activity. It makes my job worth it.

I became a caregiver to help others, as I have always possessed an innate desire to do just that. Since elders can't always communicate themselves, I felt a compelling need to do this for them in the best way I knew possible. Naturally, I enjoy that rewarding feeling you get from being a Caregiver but it goes deeper than that. Addressing a problem (emotionally or clinically ) by noticing that something just isn't right or \\\\\\"off' and rectifying it is even more gratifying! I am proud that I was able to attend a private school in NC, and become a Medical Assistant. It definitely expanded my horizons, and \\\\\\"opened new doors\\\\\\" for me. With my diploma, I gained valuable experience in physician offices. For several years, I enjoyed working as a Medical Assistant but missed the camaraderie of conversing and interacting with the senior population. Eventually, I changed roles, and returned to home healthcare. As Caregiver, I pledge that I will give 100% to all clients promoting compassion, kindness, competence, dependability while striving to provide the utmost in nurturing care.

I am a people's person, love been around people, love to help when needed and I gave a very great personality. What attracted me most is the wisdom it comes with, getting to know the person and the qualities they possess as an individual. Knowing am helping someone wholeheartedly and giving it my all.

I chose to become a caregiver because I started helping my grandmother and grandfather at a young age. Then when my grandparents passed away I realize that this type of work was something I have a passion for that I want to continue to do throughout my life .
