WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CAREGIVER? I have a very upbeat attitude. I am very caring, compassionate, patient and I have a huge heart. I stay professional while I am on the job and I take my role as a caregiver very seriously. I like to know the one I am assisting is comfortable and happy, if they are feeling down, I do what I can to make sure they are having a wonderful day and always have a smile on their face. WHY DID YOU COME A CAREGIVER? I became a caregiver because I love helping others. I grew up in the life of taking care of people. I have watched/helped my mom when she was working in the hospital. I assisted my grandmother in helping others in her community. I have babysat for many friends and family members. WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT BEING A CAREGIVER? Its not that I like being a caregiver, I LOVE being a caregiver. Knowing I am making a difference in someone's life and helping them with anything/everything they need is the best. My goal is make sure that by the time my shift is over, they are smiling and happy. WHAT IS A PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT YOU ARE PROUD OF?? my personal achievement I am very proud of was being told that I had made a big impact on two of the clients I was taking care of. I was informed when they were told I was coming on shift they would start smiling and make sweet comments about how I did my job and well I took care of them. Too me that was the sweetest thing and yet most rewarding part of my job.

I am looking for a part time job, somewhere I can bring my 7 month old son along with me.

My grandmother was on hospice when I was a young girl. I saw how grateful my grandmother was and how much her caregiver touched my Grandmother's life. Ever since I wanted to make a difference and touch the lives of others. I have been a CNA for three years now, and I take pride in taking care of others. I want to make a difference in the life of every patient that I see . I not only want to be there for the patient but for their family too.

I've been a CNA for about 4 years and I've dealt with many different personalities and I feel I can adapt very well to many situatuons. I feel im easy to get along with, I'm caring and I pay attention to the patients needs. I was a volunteer firefighter for about 3 years and I really enjoyed it but I wanted to do more, and that's when I found CNA school and I've loved it ever since. I enjoy being a CNA because of all the patients and family members I get to form a bond/friendship with. I love seeing my patients and being able to interact with them. Working in hospice care I loved hearing from different team members about how much the patients enjoyed me and when the patients would pass away I felt very fortunate that the family would invite me to the service and allow me to be apart of that. I'm still in contact with some of my patients family because we formed such a great bond/love for one another.

I'm very passionate about taking care of the elderly it's something I love and enjoy doing I just love to see my client face knowing I'm doing a great job as well as getting to know who I'm taking care of I want that person to see that I'm a well dependable person always on time hard working . Hello, my name is Rachelle; I have been a CNA for 17 years. I have worked with all kinds of disabilities, and ages, with a wide range of care, from trachea, and g-tube, and Nj tube patients. I also worked with memory care patients, and patients with mental health problems. I have worked with medical fragile children, and kids, and adults with Autism, and other developmental issues. Most of my work history have been with the elderly, and hospice. I am a Christian, and believe God gives us all gifts, to display is imagine in us, and being a CNA is how; I show other's his love by taken great care of him, this is not a way of getting a job, it is the truth.

I love helping others. I am gentle and kind. I have a huge heart. The impact I have had on my previous residents makes my day. To know the smallest tasks I do for them can make their day. I became a CNA after being a caregiver for 3 years to further my education. I have lots of knowledge and pay attention to detail when it comes to being a caregiver.

My personality traits that express my care for others are passionate selfless strong willed courageous. For the past 16 years I have been compassionate in this field and trying to learn every thing I can to be the best I can be for others. The best thing about helping other and being a caregiver is that we get a chance to be there for people that need us and may not have anyone else.
