My name is Melony. I have 12+ years experience in caregiving. I have worked home health and facility care. Both Assisted Living and Memory Care. During these years I have had the privilege of caring for some outstanding seniors. Some of whom needed minimal care, such as companionship. Just someone to simply be there and be a friend. Which I am always happy to do. I have also cared for seniors who needed much more. My experience with dementia and Alzheimer's is extensive. I understand the importance of safety during such a confusing time in their lives. Throughout my career I have taken every opportunity to learn how to comfort and calm the uncertainty they live with on a daily basis. I can offer activities and exercises to set their mind at ease and give them something positive to focus on. I will gladly help keep things tidy, prepare yummy meals, help with bathing/dressing, ambulation, medication reminders and more and can discuss a care plan that works best for your family.

I am a very happy and positive person, i love putting a smile on others faces. I have been working in caregiving for as long as i can remember as alot of my family needed carers. I have always been passionate about helping others whilst providing companionship. I am very proud of being 24 and never giving up on myself. Ive been committed to my health and self care and i feel thats something special to be proud of.

I am a 41 year old Happy Mother of a sweet 20 year old Wonderful son. Most of my adult life ive just been a mother and all my choices were about my son, now is time for me. I love camping and living a simple life, and i love my animals. I have been a caregiver in one form or another most of my life because I love to help people. I have had several part time caregiver roles over the years and helped many families take care of there loved ones and i have good references if needed. I have also been a child care provider from my home and i love to help and take care of children as well. I have those references as well if needed. I am told i am a great caregiver because i am very compassionate, patient, loving and i treat everyone like family. I enjoy being a caregiver most when i help a person i am caring for reach a personal goal or when i am praised for going above and beyong. My proudest personal achievement is my son, seeing him be grown and making a life for himself and now getting to go on and make a new life for myself that's about doing what I want to do and what is best for me.

I've been a non medical Caregiver for 2 years now. I specialize in Total Care and Critical Care clients. I enjoy the companionship and helping clients be their best selves and stay independent.

I have worked as a CNA-HHA for over 20 years, first through various agencies and then on my own as a private duty caregiver until I started my own home care agency. I worked well with mostly the elderly and Alzheimer and dementia patients. The benefits I receive from caregiving are numerous. I truly enjoy helping people and feeling needed and appreciated by them. I enjoy interacting with the families and working together to develop care plans and meet challenges associated with the job. I have worked as a Behavioral Health Technician, working with developmentally disabled adults in group homes to provide healthy, safe, and productive home environments moving up to leadership roles receiving team leader role. I also worked in homes assisting immobile patients with showering, getting dressed, transferring to wheelchairs, and making breakfast. Assisted patients in achieving health goals working on weight loss and a healthy mindset, and setting micro habits to obtain overall wellness. I love assisting people and creating a healthy environment with quality and genuine companionship. One achievement as a caregiver that I am very proud of is his helping a patent think outside the box and empowering him to overcome the obstacles to feed himself independently for the first time at 28 years old.
