I have always been passionate about making the lives of those I care for owing to my experience in clinical practice as a an LVN/LPN licensed Nurse and a volunteering work in healthcare in which I have managed the aged and elderly and built a wonderful relationship with them which has helped the outcome of daily living, much improved. Hello. I am a CNA and have been in the medical profession for 10 years. I love helping people and putting a smile on their face.

I've been in the healthcare field for almost 10yrs. My motto is to be the caregiver that I want in the future. I've worked in many nursing homes, assisted living and memory care facilities. When I worked at autumn Leaves as a CNA, I was offered the position as a Life Engagement Specialist. Within my new position, my role included conducting activities and exercises. When I started the exercise routine, I made some changes to make it more fun for everyone. Within 3months, it went from 20% participation to 60%. I've worked with all type of patients and residents and also understand that this change is not only on the client but also effects the family members as well. My goal is to pay it forward for those who are in need.
