As a Certified Nurse Aide of 30 plus years, I always give 101% of my service in caring for my clients. I am passionate of my work and love my job. As a young girl growing up I always felt strong about studying in the nursing field to advance in my career. I'm flexible, reliable, along with punctual. Nonetheless, I have capabilities to perform required duties such as walking, exercise, shopping, and transportation to health providers. Throughout my career choice as a caregiver, I have grown and become more compassionate and I love my profession.

Hello, First I'd like to share a few things about my experiences as a CNA/caregiver. I have always been a nurturing person first as a child and continuing through adulthood, It brings me great pleasure to help everyone I can. I started my career in 1993 by attending a State licensed class and being state certified to work as such. I have continued my education for 28 years now and I am told I bring great skill set to many homes and individuals. I have worked as a CNA in Hospitals, Home Health, Physical Rehabilitation Centers, Nursing Homes and Private Duty Requests. I enjoy them all. I've worked with Hospice,Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, strokes, obesity, bed bound clients such a paraplegic and quadriplegic, ALS clients, PTSD clients, schizophrenia clients, post surgical and more. I offer help with ADLs, showers, bed baths, exercise, meal preparation, vital sign checks, medication reminders, doctor appointments, and more.

What makes me a great care giver is that l have a heart and desire to take care of people. It's been apart of my Life from Birth the desire and drive helping others with life everyday Challenge. And what's l enjoy about being a caregiver is seeing the smile on someone else's face that l've help to assist with everyday Life Challenges, And my personal Achievement is to do my best at making someone else's day less of a hassle.

Hi, My name is DeDe. I specialize in ALS clients. This experience led me to my true passion. Over the last 7 years I have worked with 10 different families who dealt with ALS. From stage 1-stage 4. Just because you are living with this crazy disease that doesn't mean you can't live a normal life. When I walk into a family's homes. I walk in with a positive attitude with a big smile on my face to ease the pain of all the troubles they are going through right now. I have worked in private homes, group homes, etc. My desire is for excellence, quality and most importantly "LIFE", and to provide individualized care to each of my clients with the utmost dignity and respect. I enjoy the opportunity to impact my clients' lives in a positive way. I appreciate the chance to get to know clients and their families and become an integral part of their lives. I always give 100% and do the best job I can with no exceptions and no excuses. I take care of my clients physically, mentally and emotionally to enable them to have the best quality of life possible. 1. I'm a vary patience and compassionate with what each client is going through. I myself have been in situations to place me in a position to have 24hr care. Having respect as well as empathy helps makes everyone feel comfortable and secure with a new face in the comfort of their home. 2. It's vary rewarding helping someone who is unable to fully care for him/herself, Just making people's lives easier. As a young child I myself was sick so I watched just how much time and love my mother and father showed made me realize I too shared the gift of helping those in need. 3. I love most is seeing the smile I put on each and every persons face that crosses my path. I love what I was chosen to do. 4. Recovering from a 15 ft fall that I was told I would never be able to walk the same, do the job I did before nor the activities I onced loved, I loved myself back to health. Learning how to walk, use the restroom, run and go back to work has been one of the most personal achievement I have ever accomplished.
