Hello, my name is Laura and I am 31. I have a wonderful husband and we have 2 children. T. is 12 and B. is 8. I have a diverse back ground with elderly care and child care, and am looking for clients. When I was a child my mother had an in home daycare and she also took care of my grandfather who had MS. From an early age I was introduced to both child care and elderly care and realized that I had a passion to help people. I have worked in a nursing home, had a private daycare, and most recently worked privately in a home assisting a 92-year-old who was unable to walk. I have experience with a multitude of things and am willing to learn. I believe in the golden rule; treat everyone, how you want to be treated. I was raised with a strong sense of compassion, responsibility, dependability and honesty. I take pride in providing the best care possible.

I am a dedicated and professional caregiver. I am skilled and seasoned in many areas such as dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimers, mental health, paliative care and hospice care. I've been an LNA for 8 years. I really love the personal level homecare offers.

I've worked with the elderly for about eight years.When my father was admitted to a nursing home and I witnessed how he was cared for I developed a passion to try and make a difference working with the elderly to give them better care.
