My name is Dominique, and I'm 20 years old. I've been working in healthcare since I was 18. I began early on, taking care of my grandparents when I was 16 and 17. I assisted them and took on the role as a caregiver. I've worked temporarily in nursing homes but I'm most familiar with in home care and it's something I prefer most, it allows me to get close to my clients and truly focus on them. I'm a very patient person, and I love to give back which is partially why I chose to become a caregiver. I want to become a Midwife in a few years but continue caregiving on the side. I love making a difference and being someone that my clients can depend on. I enjoy making connections with my clients the most. Allowing them to be comfortable with me by receiving the best care possible from me, truly makes me feel great.
