Encourage patient to exercise. Review & ask dietary restrictions, preferences, & allergies. Change bed linens, replace trash bags. Always check expiration of food & medicines. Know vital information about patient's condition, treatment plan & any suggested activity.. My interest health care, care giving, and direct service was inspired by my mother who has been a nurse for about 30years.
