I am a very down to earth, kind hearted person. I have always loved taking care of people, whether it be babies/kids or the elderly. I have experience in both a facility with helping with everyday ADLs for various ages from young children to hospice care. I also assisted with med pass and insulin injections. My passion for healthcare began about the age of five. For many years my dream career was to become a doctor. As I aged and researched into a career as a doctor, I realized that medical school was far too expensive for my financial situation. Regardless, of this financial set back, I knew that healthcare was the career field I wanted to pursue. I come from a life that was not easy so with all the little things I learned how to appreciate them at a young age .Thus being said I have had a natural compassion for kindness my whole life because I know that happy feeling when you get cared for or appreciated which makes it easy for me.What attracted me was just not having much family so taking care of people made me feel like I was part of a big family.I just love all the wisdom you can take in from all the different lives people have lived. I made 10 year at age 30 was a great achievement.

I have grown up around nursing homes and group homes. My mother was CNA when I was young and I always loved spending my days there. I enjoy working directly with individuals to make their day easier and better. I like being able to connect with residents and being able to enjoy spending time together. I'm very proud of completing school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Although my license has lapsed, I would love to go back and re-ceritify.
