What makes me a great caregiver is my heart. I have always cared about the well being of others, it makes me happy knowing that I am able to help people. What I like about caregiving is meeting new people, and being able to do all I can to comfort and help. A personal achievement I am really proud of is working with someone with CP. This person was in a wheel chair for a long number of years, this person gave up long ago. I came in and got to help this person and care for them helped with motaviating this person to start exercising and then we started taking small steps, thru out my years of caregiving with this person. I was able to help get this person out of the chair and to start walking again. It made me feel so good to see smiles from my client and the family because of how I dedicated myself to her, I was able to give hope and was able to see my client do somethings on their own. It is definitely a highlight to caregiving.

Listening to what my clients needs are. Allowing them to do as much as they can on their own.. I've always been very personable. Love helping the elderly. I treat each of my clients as if they're my family member.

I have over 10yrs experience helping and caring for the elderly and all ages with the activities of daily living! I believe in Customer satisfaction and helping people on an individual needs basis. I find this type of work to be very rewarding and enjoyable. I would love to hear from you!

Hello my name is Rebecca I got by Becca I been a care giver for 3 years almost 4 ..I started to care for my grandma for 2 months right after I had surgery for cervical cancer I was 3 weeks in to bed rest and grandma called she was looking at 4 to 6 months I came home to care for her . Hi. I am what they consider a vet in the medical field. I started out taking care of my grandmother at the age of 14. Doing so gave me this since of honor and love. It also sparked my interest in helping others throughout my years. I have worked with dementia, hospice, disabilities, given showers, cleaned clothes and etc. I was a certified CNA and STNA in two different states with high honor. I am now med certified and also a Behavior Technician.
