Really feels great when my patients remembered all the good things that I've done for them, those Thank You's, remembering my name, telling me that they want me to be their CNA/Caregiver is just amazing. I became a Caregiver because that's what I wanted to be, I really like taking care of people, and I think it's on my genes, my mother is a caregiver and so as my brother, what I liked being a Caregiver is that at least I can help them and and take care of them with love and treat them like my own family. My personal achievement that I'm really proud of is because of this job I'm still able to help my family back home (Philippines), helping them to go to school, in case of emergency like going to the hospital and need some help about money, even it's just a small amount, I know they're all happy and me too. My name is Cindy, I'm 24 years of age . I've been in the home health industry for 3 1/2 years actively, and enjoy helping and taking care of people. I have experience with patients with alzheimer's, diabetes, stroke, hospice patients, dementia, heart related diseases and depression etc. some of the tasks that i'm well vast in range from but are not limited to ; bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulating, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, medicine reminders, doctors appointments, transferring, errands, walking, exercise and disability care. My main concern as a caregiver is to offer support to manage illness and help patients recover from injury or surgery. Patience, responsibility, nurturing and reliability are the main qualities i strive to exhibit in order to make sure the patient and their family is as comfortable as possible. I look forward to potentially working with your family and becoming a strong friend and asset to the care of your loved one.
