Hello. My name is Heather. I was born and raised in Avon Park, FL. I have worked in a medical office setting for 15 years. My experience in a medical office includes working as a receptionist and assisting with patients working as a Medical Assistant. I have also been working as a Private In Home Caregiver for approximately 2 years. My passion is helping others.

I enjoy the company of elders, I find them to be full of wisdom and lived experiences. Spending time with them from a caregiving perspective does not feel like a job, on the contrary. Doing this allows me to give back to my community and help families in need when they need it most. There are so many stressors in daily living, wondering if your loved one is in good hands should not be one of them. I would love to support families traversing this process.

After obtaining my BA in ED and teaching, I wanted to be able to do more for people and went into the LPN Program and have enjoyed it for well over 25 years.
